Copyright Policy & Content Removal
Effective Date: July 2, 2026
KLF Lexis, operated by KLF Ministries & Publications, allows users to upload and share documents through its Library. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. This policy explains how copyright owners can report content they believe infringes their rights, and how we respond.
1. Our Commitment
KLF Lexis respects intellectual property rights. We do not permit users to upload or share content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other legal rights of others. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload and must confirm that they own it or have the necessary rights, permission, or license to share it.
2. Reporting Infringing Content
Copyright owners, or their authorized agents, may report content on KLF Lexis that they believe infringes their rights. You can report a shared document directly within the platform using the ⚠ Report option shown on Community Library documents, or you may contact us using the details in Section 6 below.
To help us act quickly, please include the following in any copyright report:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- Identification of the material on KLF Lexis that you are reporting, with enough detail for us to locate it (for example, the document title).
- Your contact information (name and email address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
3. How We Investigate
KLF Lexis will investigate reports it receives. We may review the reported content, contact the uploader, request additional information, and take any action we consider appropriate. While a report is under review, we may temporarily hide the content from public view.
4. Removal of Infringing Content
Infringing content may be removed. If we determine that content infringes the rights of others or otherwise violates our Terms of Service, we may remove it or restrict access to it. Where practical and appropriate, we may notify the affected user.
5. Repeat Infringers
Repeat offenders may lose upload privileges. KLF Lexis may suspend or terminate the upload and sharing privileges — and, where warranted, the accounts — of users who repeatedly upload infringing content, in accordance with our Terms of Service.
6. Contact for Copyright Reports
To submit a copyright report or ask a question about this policy, please contact us at klfministries7@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright Report." We will review reports in good faith and respond as appropriate.
This policy works alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
