Request deletion of your KLF Lexis account

You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data here, even if you no longer have the Android app. Sending a request does not immediately delete your account or cancel a subscription.

How to request deletion

  1. Email support@klflexis.com with the subject KLF Lexis account deletion request. Include the email address associated with your account. If you cannot use that address, say so in your message.
  2. KLF Lexis support will verify that the account belongs to you before taking action. We may contact your registered email address or ask for another secure way to confirm ownership. Never send us a password, full payment-card number, or identity document in the first email.
  3. After verification, support will assess any active subscription, the data associated with your account, and possible retention requirements. We will tell you the status and next steps. We will confirm completion only after it has been verified. A request by itself does not stop recurring billing.

Data covered by a request

An account-deletion request covers your KLF Lexis account and data associated with it, including profile information and saved study content such as notes, bookmarks, sermons, and uploaded documents. Support will assess records and stored files before confirming whether the request can be completed. You may also email us to request deletion of particular personal data without closing your account.

Active subscriptions

Tell support if you have a paid subscription. We will check the billing arrangement and explain any cancellation steps before closing the account. Sending an account-deletion request does not itself cancel a payment-provider agreement or stop future charges.

Information that may be retained

Limited information may need to be retained for legitimate legal, billing, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes. This may include transaction or audit records. Retention depends on the purpose and applicable requirements. Support will tell you what retention requirements it can confirm for your request; an unresolved retention decision may delay completion. See our Privacy Policy for more about data handling.
